We want you — and your cat — to be completely happy. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we'll make it right.
Returns
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Item must be in original or gently used condition
- Email hello@shoppurrflow.com with your order number to start a return
- We'll send a prepaid return label within 1 business day
- Refund processed within 3–5 business days of receiving the item
Exchanges
Want a different color or size? We'll swap it for free within 30 days. Just email us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or stops working within 90 days, we'll send a free replacement — no return needed. Just send us a photo.
Filters
Opened filter packs are non-returnable for hygiene reasons, but if there's a quality issue, we'll replace them.
