The Fountain
How loud is the pump?
Under 30dB — quieter than a whisper. Most owners say they forget it's running.
How often do I refill the water?
Every 3–5 days depending on how many cats you have. The LED indicator lights up when it needs a refill.
Is it safe for kittens?
Yes. The fountain is BPA-free and safe for cats of all ages.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
All parts except the pump are dishwasher-safe (top rack). We recommend cleaning weekly.
Filters
How often should I replace the filter?
Every 4–6 weeks, or sooner if you have multiple cats. A clogged filter reduces flow and water quality.
Will my cat notice a difference with a fresh filter?
Almost certainly. Cats are sensitive to taste and smell — fresh filters mean more drinking, which means better health.
What do the filters remove?
Hair, debris, chlorine, heavy metals, and bad odors — through a triple-layer system of ion exchange resin, activated carbon, and fine cotton.
